Phillip grew up locally in the East Bay and has a strong foundation in mindfulness and compassion training that he has developed over the past decade. Phillip is a Level II Mindful School’s teacher and has worked in outpatient and inpatient clinics using TEAM CBT, MBSR, and Motivational Interviewing methods. His focus is helping individuals and families learn to trust themselves, and develop the skills to keep calm and carry on, regardless of life’s challenges.
